How to Spray paint your valve cover | engine parts DIY Update on my SBC RPF1

Most people will not have access to a sand blaster. You can always use sand paper, and rubbing alcohol to clean up your engine parts before painting. That’s what I feel like works well.

How are the valve covers holding up? I thought you needed high heat temp paint for stuff like that? If I’m wrong lmk looking to paint my 2012 TL valve covers but most people said to use high heat temp paint like VHT
