If you're from the Philippines don't expect to get a stable connection unless you're wired to a fast connection, or when globe/smart are at their peak during dusk hours. The main cause for the lag is the geography since I don't think the game has other servers close to SEA. I often get matched with Chinese, so I assume the closest server PH is routed to is China.

I am forced use VPN to play because devs still didn't fix optimalization for all connection providers (or might be that dad didn't update router for very long time) Like, literally all other games, everything works fine, connection speed is decent but league for some reason don't want to let me login without using VPN (or mobile data) I wonder if this gonna solve problems with connection in general

nope it wont, vpn's will just make you bypass an location or area of where your isp is connected. The cause of lag was the server mixed players with everyone that has different isp. You can see the difference (lag) when you're with the same lane with a person who's far away or came from a different country. if your internet was speed enough, you dont need vpn. Vpn's will just make it more harder for your isp to connect to another isp from another country = to low ms.
