At 11:30 in the video all my questions as to why my erc-20 tokens were not appearing as native in the Keplr/Fetch Hub wallet extension were answered: "There was no staking contract associated with these (426) tokens". My question now is why the heck did this stop working!

Hello, Michael! Yes, for some reason they paused the use of the bridge and then brought it back online and last time I checked (about 2 weeks ago) it was offline again. My recommendation is to check back periodically to see if it is back up or not. As to your other comments, the gas fees are always fluctuating and they were definitely high back when I made the video. Thanks for stopping by and all the best! Cheers, Traviis

Can we please get an update on this? Has the process been simplified since 2022? Thanks Bud!

Hello and good morning @stuartgordon5341 and yes, a lot has changed in the last two years with FET. Here is an update video I did a few weeks back showing one way to get FET from Coinbase into the FetchHub wallet to stake them using Binance or Binance.us as your bridge to avoid some crazy ETH fees...also, this method will save you from the 50 FET bridging fee when going in the reverse direction. Hope this helps and thanks for stopping by: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5mvqat_idqZpNE Cheers, Travis

If i bought Fet off of CB Pro, am I able to stake these tokens?
@TravisBonfigli2 жыл бұрын
Hello, RB5150 and yes, you can stake them, you just need to get them over to the Fetch.ai mainnet. This has been a bit challenging in the past with the bridge always being down. Here is the link to the bridge ( Link: token-bridge.fetch.ai/ ) and you will need to get the FET into your Metamask wallet to be able to do this and the wallet would be on the Ethereum mainnet. So, steps would be: 1. Make sure you have a FET mainnet wallet set up in either Keplr/Cosmostation (my recommendations) 2. Trasfer small amount as a test to Metamask from CB PRO, hit the bridge site, see if you can bridge them over to the FET mainnet wallet, and if successful, transfer them all and stake away. Looks like the bridge is actually up as well...just checked. Once they are over on the FET mainnet you can definitely stake them and I like the Cosmostation app for the iPhone which is where all my FET is at...super easy to use. Hopefully this helps you out and thanks so much for stopping by my channel! All the best! Cheers, Travis

@@TravisBonfigli thank you for the reply. From what i was told on the Fet telegram page was that I needed mainnet Fet or something like that to stake it and the Fet I have gotten off of CB Pro wont work. Just curious, how many Fet would I need to stake to make it worth the trouble of doing all this?

Hi Travis, first congratulations for your channel, its fantastic and helps a lot :D. I wonder if you can help me with a question. I want to know if all validators make the same amount rewards independent of the amoun total staket FET they have. I know they take a % as a comision but I want to know if i would have the same rewards staking in a Validator with huge staket FET than a validator with so litle staket FET. I want to chose those validators offer more rewards to do a investigation and know if they are legit and i can truly trust them. Thanks in advance!!!

How do you unstake here in 2024?

To clarify, I staked in the Keplr wallet a couple years ago and now it seems like you can't do anything with it

Fetch staking has a level of difficulty involved that makes me think $FET isn't ready to pump. However, It's slightly easier than Graph but still one needs to be very computer savvy to accomplish this delegation stuff.
