how to stall run without transcendent (randomly generated droids)

i hope the next update comes out tomorrow and this video immediately becomes outdated
also, if you're using survivor: do the same things i did, but once you've finished darkness, save your healing ability for the shop incase it's an altar

They patched this by not allowing you to use gluttony the room you got it so all the altar interactions are outdated :/

You dont need alot of speed for darkness. You Can have 17 and easily beat it
