How to adjust or set the PE 24, 26, 28 carburetor, so that it is economical or wasteful of petrol/fuel, or also wet and dry settings.
The steps we have to take are as follows:
1. For a petrol-efficient carburetor setting, we set the air bolt to the right, turn it to the right until it sticks and return it to 2.5 or 3.5 turns out and adjust slowly when the motorbike engine is running. For the carburetor piston needle clip, install it at number 2 or oaling top.
2. Adjust the Pe carburetor which wastes petrol, we need to adjust the air bolt until it sticks, turn it to the right and release it again at 0.5 or 1.5 revolutions and to make it slow we adjust it when the motorbike engine is turned on. And for the locking clip on the needle we attach it. on the bottom line or number 2 from the bottom.
The advantages and disadvantages of PE 24,26,28 carburetor settings that save fuel or are dry compared to PE carburetor settings that are petrol-intensive or wet are:
1. Economical carburetor setting which is of course fuel efficient, the spark plugs are durable, only the problem is that it floats a little at the top and the engine gets a little hot.
2. The carburetor setting wastes petrol or is wet, so the spark plugs get black and wet a little quickly, waste petrol, but the engine is safe and the top is solid and doesn't float when the gas is on.
