Learn how to master Standing Bow Pose! In this 5-Minute tutorial, Caitlin Turner will offer her tips & modifications for getting in & out of this balancing standing pose. In a standing position, this pose improves the body's elasticity and increases lung capacity. It also works to strengthen the thigh muscles, arms and hips and increases the flexibility and strength of the lower spine.

I'd say this has always been my fave yoga Flow .. and is a very aesthetically pleasing pose.. as well. Namaste. Excellent tutorial.
