The 'gear'/chain ratio is wrong, that's why he had to push it out of the driveway instead of driving it... it barely has the torque needed to the wheels to start moving on a smooth level surface... also, the centrifugal clutch is slipping all the time because of improper 'gearing' and will quickly wear out...

Really cool but I would advise you to put the fuel tank right next to the engine and then a counter weight on the oposite side of the engine so the center of mass wont be slightly to the left,

How did you get the clutch to work

The clutch on that motor is attached to the motor, the chain attaches to the clutch housing. It is centrifugal, once the motor exceeds a preset RPM it engages.

that thing u flick up and down is the biks choke used when starting and when the bike is worm enough flick it down so up is choke down is run choking the bike increase the amount of fuel going in the carb but is only to be used when starting because the bike will run to rich in doing so your fuel wont last and your bike will start giving problims idling

No it wouldn't, you can dry out the cylinder and seize the top end.

No need for that. Probably just need to check/replace the spark plug. I have a grass cutter with similar type of engine. Once it requires more than 10 or more pulls to start its time to check the spark plug. Sometimes all it requires is to clean it up and make sure the gap is correct.
