Get the flashforge adventurer 5m for $299 instead of one of those off brand aliexpress printers. Super simple, fantastic print quality, and preloaded filament print settings in their slicer make it almost completely brainless to get going

Hi! I’d recommend getting involved in an SAE club and focusing in on complex moving mechanical sub assemblies if that’s your dream! If you wanted to go into PD first, it certainly won’t hurt, but I’d focus on a PD role which gives you experience and knowledge in moving assemblies or mechanical design knowledge that you can leverage in the formula 1 industry.
