Let's assume you get paid 10 grands per patient? Can you tell how you negotiated the shares with the Investigator? Who gets how much?

Vit Hopeman I will make a follow up video to this, discussing the strategy of putting together the company...to answer your question in short, you don’t want to give up shares unless you have to. It’s best to contract with the physicians and pay them an investigator fee per visit they conduct. So let’s say u pay them $300 per visit. You may give them shares if they are investing with you to open the company or if you absolutely need them to begin with the company.
