The earlier you start finding the client man the more freedom and opportunity you’ll have when you graduate, don’t just watch get ready to get out there and fail till you succeed. Fail while you can afford it and learn as much as you can.

Your the man Keith! It's because of you I made the leap 2 years ago. I'm at 150k per year right know. All thanks to you and Stanley. But 1 thing you and he never spoke of and what hurt me the most in bussnies. Bad credit. I wish I got my credit straight before I made the leap. I started with a 450 credit score. It's very very hard to get banks to look at you. Before, I could run shit equipment with the 30 lawns a week. But know hoas 100 lawns a week I need credit. It's impossible to buy a house self employed with bad credit. My bank told me last week I need a consistent 150k a year for 4 years before they will lend me a penny. Just something u wish I new or git control of. Went from shooting dope on the streets sleeping on park benches to 150k a year business. Work in progress but I'm leaps and bounds from where I was. My mental health is getting in the way right know. I could have a 500k business if my mind was right.

I just started today 😂, I got a client while working as a landscaper… we didn’t do what he wanted but he was asking if anyone else could… I told him I’d think about it and pop by and knock on his door if I’d do it… I showed up today with buddy who has a truck, some shovels and wheel barrel… all from my parents yard… I put $0 into it and I’m already up $56 just in the first day labour alone digging dirt for sod. It’s so worth it 😂it’s hard work but it’s money

I'm back on your channel. I ran my business in southern California for 16 years. I live in Portland, Oregon, currently working for a small company, but it's time to get my wings back. I need a few licenses to landscape here, but should be worth it. Get ready Portland 🎉🎉

I just do mowing as a side hustle. I started 2 years ago simply grass trimming ditches. Local resident's hired people to mow their lawn but they didn't want to grass trim deep ditches with tall grass. Now I mow their lawns and trim their ditches.

You mean 10k? Dont go use all your funds. It takes a bit to build up some reliable clients and make your money back and if something goes wrong you’re going to wish you had some residual capital. 🫡 Take my word for it

Great video Mr. Keith. It really only takes 1 client and a lot of dedication. You get 1, you can get 10, and 100. I commented earlier this month after selling my first yard, im at 6 now. Keep up the great work my friend, thanks for inspiring.

I just watched some other guys day in the life video and just felt completely overwhelmed… he’s doing things I’ve never seen.. using equipment I’ve never seen.. using verbiage I’ve never heard… 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ your video really did put me at ease… 😌😌 I just bought my first mower, weed eater and hedger… I’m going to offer those services 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ simple as that.. and I’ll grow from there!! Thank you so much man.

Thanks for all your videos man. I do landscaping for my 9-5. I enjoy my job & make good $ but see all the flaws of how it’s ran & poor leadership with the company. I have all of the equipment, currently I’m working on getting a truck to build my side work & go from there. Already have clients but the truck is essential to get more clients. Thanks again!

Hey mate I'm an apprentice and I have a kit of milwaukee power tools, should I just stick with the same platform for weekend side jobs to reduce extra battery platforms or go for a different brand for that sorta stuff? Because obviously milwaukee stuff is dearer but I already got six batteries for it

Fear always sets me back. I get super pumped and then start the "What-Ifs". Like, what if I don't know how to stripe a lawn, what if I don't know how to properly trim some trees/bushes and end up killing them cause I cut too much, what if I need to get some dirt or rock, how do I know how much to get, what if they want something done that I have no clue how to do? I'm fine with learning and just doing it, but when it's not my property I certainly don't want to mess it up and piss them off. etc lol
@the_rosenfields6 ай бұрын
Just focus on learning one thing and start doing that first. Mow your lawn. Then someone else in your family. Then a friend. Then get a customer. After you're good there. Focus on learning shrub trimming. You'll get it!

I tried this in my 20s and I never made anywhere near that much money! I got chased out of neighborhoods by the neighborhood watch Karen ‘s! Everywhere around me it says it’s listed for the whole neighborhood! What do you believe is the best thing to do about this? In almost every neighborhood!!

Hi Keith. I remember watching your videos like 10 years ago.. I just re-found you recently.. I just like realness of your channel etc.. anyway, I have a direct question.. what is your opinion of crypto investing and everything related to it, trading in general? I feel like this is something I really can make it work for me, but what is bugging me is the moral side of it. I just want your honest opinion, do you think this is good money, I mean some people say its cursed and compare it to gambling etc.. also what do you think of sports betting and making money from it? Do you think this kind of money carries bad karma? I hope for your answer
