I'm considering starting a side hustle business. I could probably work it as a sole trader but I like the limited company set up to limit liabilities. I'm not sure at this point which way to go. But this video is very enlightening. Thank you.

As someonr who started a company in august 2024, it's actually way easier than expected, even tho it's intimidating when you're in another country and you're not sure of what you're doing... So far the scam letters are the most annoying things

Hi there just watched one of your videos, really clear and concise! I was wondering if you could help me,Basically i want to start a side hustle on E bay, i have already sell personal items on there and a bit of re-selling, but i want to take it further.I am confused in regards being a Sole trader first or do i go straight to being limited company ? Being a sole trader-this way i can test the waters out for a year, but when i read other bloggers, they reckon you should go to ltd if you want to go bigger? im so confused. I understand LTD company on Ebay allows you to sell more but surely selling as a Sole trader to start with is a good indicator if your business is worth turning LTD? or has that got nothing to do with it? Is there a model memo and articles for a company with alphabet shares? In Australia a company cannot operate without a director, so it becomes essential to have two directors.

No models as far as I am aware, you'd usually use a formation company/agent if you wanted a set with those.
