I love how clean and airy your journals are! Mine always end up looking so cramped haha

These tips are great! Your bullet journal is beautiful - the stamps and colors you use consistently along with the way you space everything makes the whole journal look so lovely. I don’t really bullet journal anymore, but I love a good weekly to do list in a printed planner and always pick one with a memo section so I have space for that.

these tips were exactly what I needed! I’ve been struggling with the comparison mindset when in reality my planner is working perfectly for me. Also, I would love to know where the stamp set on the far left is from? I’ve been looking for a simple serif font like that 😍☺️

Well this period of middle year it's always nice to reflect what's working in our planning system and if this is still enjoyable to do. This month I'm finishing my university degree and a lot is going to change in my life... Since march I was using a pre made planner bc I was feeling overwhelmed with my bujo practice and I just unable to see what I was doing wrong, you know? A lot was going on with the final projects... But now I feel kinda stuck and maybe a refresh starting a new bujo is starting sounds what I need to organize the next step of my life with more flexibility and in a mindful way. I guess this video brought me some ideas to restart in a simple way, thank you Kaitlin!

Hey Thalita, I hear you, I found myself needing a fresh start as well and setting up a new bujo definitely helped me :) Hope you have a relaxing a chill journalling session when you create the new bujo!

Great video as always. I'm finding migrating very dificult this semester. I I'm too focused on making it look polished 🤦♀And because for the fisrt time I will try the ryder carrol method with no pre dated pages and free space for whatever comes on my daily logs, just a one page at a time thing wich for a person who likes to know what cames next can be a bit distressing. But I really need to let it go. By the way, I'm very curious, in what consists your monthly and weekly refresh?
@KaitlinGrey2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Helga! I’m not a big fan for surprises either but sometimes it’s good to get out of your comfort zone 😅 My monthly and weekly refreshes are pretty out of date, I need to figure out a new routine for both bc I don’t really use them anymore!

Love this video. I rewatched your migration routine recently because I'm starting a new journal in August and I'll definitely be referencing tips from both these videos in the lead-up. Nothing groundbreaking but I think my biggest tip to myself is to start earlier than I think I need, for all those fun reasons such as decision fatigue, pressure to strive for perfection... also my next notebook is from Midori so I'll need time to number all 368 of those pages! But in all seriousness, I crammed my last bujo setup in a day which wasn't very fun so this time I'm all about reducing overwhelm where I can. (Also great bonus tip to buy a new notebook for your migration 🤣)

Hahaha yessss the bonus tip is very key lol, love your tip, it always is a good idea to take more time than you need! Omg make sure to rest your hand while numbering (I have to do the same thing with my Stalogy notebook!)
