Hi Kadz, quick one mate. What if your employee goes to an interview with the employer and signs the contract then you don't get your fee ? How can i combat the employer from removing the middle man (Which is me as a recruiter).

Kadz, really appreciate the value you bring. How do you advise recruiters part time setting up their recruitment agency in a way where they can avoid any conflict/interference with work? I.e. putting their face out there etc.

Another fantastic video kadz! I have a video idea, I don’t come from a recruitment background even though I’ve started an agency. Sometimes I don’t know what I should be doing or second guess myself. Can you do a video on what a normal day looks like? Like 8-11 lead sourcing cold calls. 11-2 scheduled calls 2-4 blah blah blah.

@@kadzmoney thanks mate. Btw thanks to your methods i bagged a client signed terms and 7 job descriptions. I even used your email templates and offered a 10% introductory offer but he said he would pay the 15%. The total amount I would get is 28500 if I manage to place all of the positions. I have candidates for each position 3 for each. From your experience what are the chances of me successfully getting all of the positions filled? I’m thinking it is totally possible but maybe closer to 2-3 positions is more likely. This is honestly life changing it’s went from a hope to a real belief now. It was even a quote from your video that inspired me to even do that particular email campaign. “When your not getting results and losing motivation you have 2 choices, give up or go hard” I couldn’t sleep that night and decided to scrape emails and prepare a new campaign and voila 😂 I can’t thank you enough honestly. I’m going to go even harder because if it can happen once its likely to happen again and again 💰💰

@@lvm3034 Wow that is amazing!! I applaud you for your success and hope you continue to succeed. Just a question if you dont mind me asking, are you recruiting for temp roles or permanent? Ive tried recruiting for permanent software engineer roles and have candidates but no clients. Not sure where I’m going wrong tbh!
@lvm30342 жыл бұрын
@@jawahirmohammed2329 hi jawahir, thanks! I recruit perm roles only, going temp would require insurance and would mean I would be required to actually hire people and run a payroll which I’m not interested in doing at the money. It’s hard to give advice when I don’t know how your going about it just now so I will give you a few general pointers I have found from my very short experience. Software engineers is one of the sectors I get a lot of people not finding success in. These are highly paid roles with a lot of established agencies, it’s hard for a new agency to start landing clients right out of the bat in higher ticket markets although not impossible. I’m assuming you are a software engineer and know the sector etc etc. my first piece of advice would be to try all different sectors and look for low hanging fruit. Try different job roles until you start finding your getting a lot of bites or replies. I’ve tried telecoms, construction, financial. If tried from HR managers to directors and office managers. It’s trial and error, let the replies dictate your next move. Make sure your targeting the correct companies as well as people. Make sure your consistent with your emails. Don’t oversell your services, short and simple is always best! Act like you can take or leave them as a client, your building perceived value when you act as if you can take or leave them as a client. If your over selling your lowering your perceived value by acting desperate. Nobody wants to waste their money to do you a favour but they will consider using you if you seem as if you are already placing candidates. So yeah, let the sector choose you, diversify, don’t oversell yourself and keep at it!!

Hi Kadz, thanks for another great video! In your opinion, what’s the number one easiest niche to recruit for in the UK?
@kadzmoney2 жыл бұрын
Its a good question. I dont think anything is easy tbh. Some you can get started quickly in like healthcare, but long term some high value niches can do well in the long run.

Great video. I know you do more videos on perm recruitment but I have a few questions i’m struggling to find answers for regarding temp recruitment, as this is what I would like to set up because this is where my experience/enjoyment comes from. Can this be done from home? As I know I would become the employer which I am happy with. If this is a possibility do you know if there are ways to make hiring the candidates easier/simpler as I wouldn’t have them come to my home to check compliance/sign docs etc. I want to set up as a Limited Company rather than going down the umbrella route. Thanks - sorry it’s long winded.
