The (X3) pricing may work in the beginning, but other things to factor in such as utilities, taxes, shipping, etc., in order to get the real pricing and make a profit. If I may: I usually use the cost of goods, break the print per shirt plus any additional prints, the shirt, direct and indirect costs (usually from 15 to 20%), labor and shipping. --- This is my breakdown: 1. Direct costs: Blank t-shirt cost x quantities. 2. Screen print price per shirt including any additional prints on the shirt. 3. Shipping from screen printer or pick up travel. Calculate that to give you your Direct Cost. ----- Labor Cost: If you pay yourself $15.00 per hour you need to break it down by the quantities of shirts. Example: $15.00/25 shirts = 0.60 per shirt. Overhead costs: 15% x Direct Cost = Then you can 30% for taxes. Add to your labor cost. Now you can take that number and multiply by 4 or 5. Remember your t-shirts are unique and not sold at stores. So $29.95 is not bad for a Small to XLarge t-shirt. Prices start to go up when you get to 2XL, 3XL and so on. Hope this helps.😊
