Great guys. But why does it all sound so simple? When you listen to tracks from cool labels, you hear some kind of processing on all instruments, which makes them sound more interesting. What processing is being used?

Good question Lev! This is just the beginning of the process, in one particular style. Much of what you refer to is a result of further sound design, effects processing, modulation/automation, arranging etc. Watch more of Selway's videos and streams, he goes over all of these things in different ways.
