I believe in constantly building my route up and not selling my cash flowing accounts. Increasing cashflow, thinking long term. Because there’s only so many locations. But thats only my opinion. Please leave me feedback;) ***Love seeing people interested and asking questions. Here to help where I can.

Great plan Randy. Stick with it. Most people get a few machines out there, think it’s too much work with not enough profit and fizzle. So the sell the route message is for them. If you are in it for the long term just keep it growing. Get software systems in place to manage things, hire people to help you, and the sky is the limit.

My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. I don't think I will be selling my route. Lol. I'm pretty happy with my 60 stops. I only have to deal with the cost of my snack machines for maintenance and repairs because I've established myself with Coke and Pepsi. If I don't have time to do the detail cleaning on the machines, the route makes enough to hire trusted family members to clean them. Most repairs such as a coin changer and bill acceptors takes 10-15 minutes to replace. It's important to get good quality equipment or deal with repairs way too often. You can get cans cheaper in a store but with no repair costs of the Coke and Pepsi machines, product is delivered directly to me every week, availability of 20oz bottle items at a good cost and I can still make more than double on 12oz cans, it is well worth being established with Coke and Pepsi.

Great solution.
@dreamduo38882 жыл бұрын
How does that work exactly?
@Hobojoes2 жыл бұрын
@@dreamduo3888 it's simple as the guy had mentioned right pay attention to his video that you may have to help pay a fee when setting up your vendors for if you're using to help pay their electric bill from using their electricity here's the thing like I said Coca-Cola has solar powered vending machines that could solve the solution of not having to pay an electric bill for using someone's outlet to plug your machine in because here's the thing a business owner normally doesn't like having to pay a lot of bills but they do anyways rather it'd be to their coworkers or rather to pay for the land of the building is on now think of it solar powered runs off the Sun that vending machine is going to be sitting in the sun 24 hours a day waiting for customers to come buy a drink and here's the thing from where it runs off the sun's electricity from where it's solar powered the exact unit that I'm talking about that you can look up that would solve a solution with the boss that you're doing business with because you get permission to place your soda vendor day right that boss might let you do it for free if the soda vendor itself is solar powered might let you place it there for free cuz you won't be charging them an electric bill from having the unit there now they may ask for a small cut of the profit but a solar powered one would work would probably help eliminate a lot of third-party bills making it so that you can keep most of your profits
@Hobojoes2 жыл бұрын
@@dreamduo3888 because if you go to think of it a soda vendor or any vendor machine is still technically a third party company all right first off think of all the snacks that you sell from those machines half the money goes to you half the money would have either went to the land that that's the soda vendor is sitting on while the other half would have probably went to the companies whose snacks or foods that is being sold out of that machine to help pay for it so that more snacks or whatever's can be delivered and replaced in the machine think of it if you're wanting to keep some money you want to eliminate as many bills as possible and having a solar powered one just might help cuz you won't be burning up someone's electricity

@TheBusinessGuy2 жыл бұрын
No, to my knowledge. Just buy the Coke and Pepsi at Costco and plop it in your machine.
@RobShootPhotos2 жыл бұрын
No you don't if you just buy from a store. However if you find that you like what you are doing, you build up to a full time route and you don't want to sell it, it might be a good idea to contact Coke or Pepsi to establish delivery services. You will gain access to things like 20oz bottles and other items you can't get at stores at a cost you can sell them in your machines. Also if you don't want to worry about overhead of repair cost of the drink machines, you might be able to use their machines and they will do the maintenance for you. There are two disadvantages to that. One, you can't mix or match Coke, Pepsi or other brands in one machine. Two, the value of your route goes down if you sell it because the drink machines aren't yours to sell with each location.

I'm not understanding. My first question is why are we selling the business if you are making $2000 or more a month? My second question is how does buying a route usually go? Like do you have to buy the route upfront or, do you buy it as you go from making money off your inventory
@Ray-jn8fg Жыл бұрын
When you've made enough profit and goodwill for your vending locations you can put up a hefty price at which you want to sell it, and people who want to buy the machine will buy it to secure the same kind of profit that you once had. While you who now has a good amount from selling your route can start another successful route, but honestly me personally I wouldn't sell my route I'd just employ more people to look after my machines while I add more machines, that way I create employment for people around me and a full fledge business I can now call mine.

Does the vending machine company u purchase the machine from do the maintenance and stock it for u. How do u get it restocked? Thanks
@TheBusinessGuy Жыл бұрын
Many, but not all sellers, have service contracts, yes. You're on your own for restocking unless you hire someone to do it for you.

Would I need insurance for my machines? Also how many machines should I have on route before I sell the route maybe at least 50 machines?
@TheBusinessGuy2 жыл бұрын
Need it? No. But may be nice to have a general umbrella policy. Ask an insurance agent. Hard to say how many machines before you sell. More based on cash flow than machines. $10,000 profit annually and selling for $40,000 will have many more buyers than $250,000 annually selling for $1 million.

i just don't know where to start, I have been doing some research and still can't find how to legally set up my vending machine business. Every place I go to is going to charge me at $400 to help me put up my business. (and that's not even considering the vending machine costs, or stocking costs)

Where could I look for route vending for sales from someone if not using Facebook Market. How does the credit card work once someone buys the route and the new person gets the money from each use.?

How common is it for the supplier to draw up contracts for the business/property owner? Alternatively who could I contact to make the contract?

Do you have a contract with the business owner prior to placing your vending machine there? If so, where can I get a sample one? Thanks!
