I listened to Gene Guarino before, he knows how to make the worst type of investing sound like easy and smooth. Assisted living is not only problematic to operate it is also a huge on going liability; unless you have all kinds of insurances. Kind of ironic when such a high risk business is on a podcast of an asset protection attorney! Well, I guess it is clear why they are good buddies!!

Absoutely - the only hurdles are state and local regulations. Most are quite open to 6 or fewer people in a home.
