Few queries: Q- if the buyer wants manufacturing unit's address or wants to verify authenticity then it will be proved as almost fraud because actual manufacturer is somebody else. Q- If one gets next order or more orders of same article then seller (actual manufacturer) will ask whom are you selling this product and if told truth he might say he will directly sell to buyers. Q-what if buyer wants to buy on credit? Q- if only partial payment received from buyer? Q- if buyer returns product then the manufacturer will not accept, though you said that make agreement with seller to take back but generally small manufacturer don't accept in real situations Q- This is an example of how to become a middle man, so how to maintain books for profit to pay income tax unless you don't have legal agreement with both manufacturer as well as seller? (This question applicable when income increases)

Sir, I am staying in Mumbai and from 3l4 months back I have started tea patthi selling to tea stalls & small hotels from purchasing 50/60 kgs from one good ( I think) supplier from Rajasthan. Legal documents still I have to prepare. Ordinary pouch & name sticker I am using now. In market variety of grades and illegal mixing are there but I want to serve genuine & standard material keeping little bit margin. Now I having tea powder in which if we prepare tea in the starting liqour & taste is good but some time (3/4 hours) it becomes black. Girnar Tea is intact whole day. It doesn't change colour. Sir, plz give me some idea or suggestion so I can stand in market & serve good tea. I am a middle class family and don't have lots of money to start in big way & don't have good knowledge also. Thank you sir.
