We should call it love, particularly keen about something, interested, favorite or something that is highly exciting when you do it, fun... And more importantly by exercising we can connect our body to our soul because of concentrating on inhale and exhale frequently... and wipe out the voices in our brain That voice is your real enemy It doesn't let you be happy, successful, powerful, rich, optimist ... It always want you to be frightened, bored, not to be successful, loser... Take a deep breath bro and you'll see life is really enjoyable and calm don't miss the opportunity of being exist on earth

One question 🙋, if I'm gonna do push up and dips twice a week, then doesn't matter how i plan my workout routine for each muscle. Either dips day is coming after push up day or push up day is coming after dip day. So, according to science, isn't it necessary to give rest to teared tissues so that they can recover. Here in push ups we use the same muscle that we use for dips "triceps". Please answer my question.

I was trying to learn new skills but I totally agree that I need to work on my basic and build a stronger foundation. I am good at pushups but pullup is something that I max out at 8 reps and it has been 8 reps for a long time. I will definitely increase my reps with a strong form this year. Thankyou Andry for this video.

You’re not the only one … I can bang out 10-16 pushups and dips wide or narrow but when it comes to pull-ups I gas out at 5 reps … definitely have to work on mine it’s not the same as lat pull downs lol I can do 15 -20 of those
@solomon1453 Жыл бұрын
@@callmesupreme1533 that is normal. I was able to do 15 pull-ups within a month (prolly cause im short so less weight) by doing 5 sets of my max reps to failure.

@solomon1453 Жыл бұрын
@@callmesupreme1533 it is fine. Right now you can do 5 reps right? Just try doing that for 5 sets. First try, you might get 5-4-3-3-2. As long as it is not 5-5-5-5-5, do not add a rep. That is what I did to be able to do 15. I also started at 6 pull ups a month ago.

I started doing excercise in 2020, when the covid hit the whole world. At the beginning of 2021 I started going to the gym, and I never stopped. Like 4 months ago, I started doing calisthenics, because I always wanted to, but never had the determination. You are an inspiration to me. Now I am going to move alone for the first time in my life, because of school. I am 18 years old. I hope that in 2023, I focus on calisthenics to increase my strength and flexibility. Thank you for all these tips, so once you have reached, for example, 4 sets of 15 repetitions on pull-ups with light elastic and it's easy, the next workout, do you move on to pull-ups without elastic? And is it the same for all the other exercises? And so you recommend working in split one upper body day and one lower body day?
