Thank you Boss for the priceless information shared in this video. You have just given me another 50% assurance that cattle farming is possible in a ranch.. I have no choice than to subscribe because this is the first video I have watched in my preparation towards the ranching project

SEEING YOU FOR THE 1ST TIME AND GUESS WHAT I HAVE SUBSCRIBED BCUS YOUR VIDEO IS DONE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE. HOWEVER, I HAVE SOME OBSERVATIONS FOR YOU SIR. 1. I THINK IT IS HIGH TIME WE START PRACTICING ZERO GRAZING SYSTEM OF ANIMAL FARMING BCUS THE MORE YOU MOVE THESE ANIMALS UP & DOWN, THE MORE THEY USE THEIR ENERGY MEANT TO BUILD MUSCLES UP IN WALKING AND AS SUCH, CONTRIBUTES TO DELAY IN MUSCLE BUILDING OF THE ANIMALS. ZERO GRAZING ALSO REDUCES THE MUMBER OF ECTOPARASITES SUCH AS TICKS, THAT MAY POSSIBLY ATTACK THE ANIMALS IN THE BUSHES WHENEVER THEY GO GRAZING. AGAIN ZERO GRAZING REDUCES THE POSSIBILITIES OF THE ANIMALS BEING ATTACKED BY SNAKES, SCORPIONS AND SO ON IN THE BUSHES. WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED POINTS IT IS OFTEN STRONGLY ADVISED THAT A FARMERS SHOULD CARVED OUT A SECTION OF THEIR LAND TO GROW DIFFERS OF GRASSES SUCH AS BRACHARIA GRASS WHICH IS RICH IN PROTEIN & CARBOHYDRATES, NAPIER GRASS WHICH IS RICH IN PROTEIN & FIBER, DESMODIUM GRASS WHICH IS RICH IN FIBER & VERY VITAL IN BOOSTING MILK PRODUCTION IN ANIMALS. ALL THESE GRASSES AND EVEN MAIZE CAN BE PLANTED TO DO SILAGE OR HAY FOR THE ANIMAL AS BOTH GREEN AND DRY CONTENT OF GRASS MUST BE GIVEN TO THESE ANIMALS FOR EFFECTIVE BOWELS FUNCTIONALITY. IN ADDITION TO THE GRASSES MENTIONED ABOVE, THERE IS WHAT IS CALLED HYDROPONICS FARMING IN WHICH GRAINS ARE GROWN IN THE ABSENCE OF SOIL TO A CERTAIN LEVEL AND THEN FED TO THESE ANIMALS TOO. HYDROPONICS PRODUCTS WHEN FED TO ANIMALS SUCH AS GOATS, PIGS, COWS, CHICKENS, RABBITS, TURKEYS AND DUCK, THE ANIMALS CAN DIGEST 98% OF THE FEED COMPARED TO GIVING THEM RAW GRAINS WHICH THEY ONLY DIGEST LESS THAN 70% AND THE REST % IS PASSED OUT AS WASTES. (PLSSSSS DO YOUR THOROUGH RESEARCH ON HOW HYDROPONICS IS DONE) 2. I NOTICED YOU DIDN'T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT ENGAGING A WELL TRAINED QUALIFIED VETERINARY DOCTOR IN YOUR VIDEO. WHEN DOING THIS PROJECT AS A BUSINESS, THEN THE IMPORTANCE OF A *WELL TRAINED QUALIFIED VETERINARY DOCTOR* CANNOT BE OVER EMPHASIZED, REMEMBER THAT ANYTHING WORTH DOING WORTH DOING WELL. 3. WHEN DOING A PROJECT SUCH AS THIS FOR A BUSINESS, THEN IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP AN UP TO DATE RECORD OF EVERY ACTIVITIES GOING ON IN THE FARM IN REGARDS TO EACH ANIMAL TO KEEP INFORMATIONS SUCH AS DATE OF BIRTH, PARTANAL & MATERNAL RECORDS, DATES & DETAILS OF VACCINATION GIVEN, DATES OF DE-WORMING AS APPLICABLE TO EACH ANIMALS, DETAILS OF SICKNESS SUFFERED BY ANY OF THE ANIMALS, TREATMENT AND ANY OTHER ACTIONS TAKEN TO GET THE ANIMAL RECOVERED FROM THE SICKNESS. THE DATE THAT THE ANIMAL WOULD BE CROSSED/ BRED AND EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE TO CALVE. DETAILS OF THE MALE THAT SHE WAS BRED WITH, TO AVOID INBREEDING IN FUTURE. THESE ARE JUST FEW OF THE THINGS I THOUGHT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE VIDEO. HAVING SAID ALL THESE, I MUST SAY THAT YOUR VIDEO IS AWESOMELY AWESOME, VERY INFORMATIVE AND GOOD ENOUGH TO HELP ANYONE THAT WANTS TO VENTURE INTO THIS PROJECT. PROUD OF YOU BROS AND GOD BLESS YOU SIR. REGARDS

Why do you have to take your cattle on a walk around to find food (mainly grass) when you have a secured land? This is how Nigerians with good ideas end up doing the wrong things. Why can you not go on KZbin to find out what cattle owners do to make success of the business. Besides, good modern approach to cattle rearing is taking root also in Nigeria. Let me offer you a lead: how about you, you alone, without the cows with you, going out to find and get good grass to feed the cows. In so doing you know how much they feed on daily, it helps them look full and nourishing rather than what they look now as if they are sick. Watch what this Nigerian is doing: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaSzfIqZl5Z6qbM
