Hi Scarface Trades, thanks a lot for the great video. It gives a great in-depth on the strategy, the setup and right mindset i also learned to trade with. Currently i am trading on long term timeframes using the spot market. What i am missing a bit in the current video is where and how exactly you execute the trades with. I have the following questions on that: - Do you look at several stocks on the open at the same time? E.g. Have multiple charts open that fitted your pre-selection of that day? - What products do you use for trading the strategy? I noticed both future and option contracts? When do you use which type(s) and what is your go-to? - When using option contracts, which kind of contracts do you use? Only long calls & puts i suppose? Thanks Scarface for making this video. I picked trade #1 for break&retest. Some questions: 1) At 43:35 When did you enter the trade exactly ? You explained you enter after the confirmation candle, but the trade graph is starting on the previous candle and the Break-Even level is right at the range-low level and not on the entry candle. Same question on the Break-Even level on the trade example at 44:00. On trade at 46:00 the BE level is on the confirmation candle close, which is what I'd expected to see. I assume the BE level should be set when you entered a trade after the confirmation candle close. Is that right ? 2) You're using options on trading stocks, so how do you make sure you get at least 2R multiple on the risk you take ? 3) When the price pass the SL level, you mentioned you wait for it to close before exiting the trade. That way the risk can be higher then what you planned. How do you handle that ?

1) He entered after the red bearish candle, and not the green candle that it may have seemed like. The BE level is basically the same as your entry. When you enter a trade that same level also becomes your BE. You dont set your BE level. 2) Not exactly sure what you mean. You always set your target point based on your stop loss. If you may rephrase what you mean I may be able to help you better. 3) As far as I understand, like you said, you always wait for candle closure. Which is a risk since it can break below you SL and create a bigger loss. But after retesting this strategy it rarely closes far below the SL and when it does you just got to accept it since you want to stick to your trading plan. Hope I made some thing clear.

@@melvin3864 1) If he entered as you said after the red candle, the price didn't reach the BE level, so he couldn't entered after the red candle at that price. That's why the BE needs to be where he entered at the open of the following candle. 2) You aren't trading the underline, but an option on the underline. So, you can enter and exit according to the price, but the P&L is not exact as the real price. So, my question is about the option price, do you get same or better R multiple as the underline price R multiple ? What strike do you use ? 3) I understand the tradeoff, but wouldn't it be better to set a hard stop loss to be more consistent and take the loss then waiting for the candle to close ?

Thank you for another great video. I've been struggling with entries and have a question re where to enter. Lets say a stock broke up above my level and now is coming for a retest. From my understanding of your strategy, you're looking for candles with long bottom wicks, especially hammers. 1. Are you looking for the wick to touch the level or dip below the level a bit? 2. You've said that when you see a hammer it will make you consider entering the trade. But when do you enter? The next candle after hammer? Next green candle? Strong green candle?
