Hey so you mentioned how you want to optimize for clicks first when running ads so the algo understands the audience better, after that is done and you are optimizing for product sales, how do you retarget that same audience from previously or does the ads manager just know what to target automatically?

You can put a random address where your supplier is from and inform your customers through your store policies that they need to contact you for any order issues, so you can coordinate them with your suppliers. Hi there, returns are handled by suppliers, but you will still have to setup your return policy on TikTok and add a "Do not return to this address" on your policy. You can also inform your customers to reach out to you for any order issues, so you can message your AutoDS supplier for a return that you can provide to your customer. All the best!

Is there another video that talks about Warehouse info for shipping in details? I got confused if the whole fulfilment is through AutoDS why do I have to manually enter all warehouse locations?

Hi there, you can put a random address where your supplier is shipping from. Your policy pages should inform your customers to reach out to you so you can coordinate order issues to your supplier. Could you explain more on how the payments work? As far as i understand, TikTok holds payments until the order is completed. So when doing auto ds, do you enter your card information on auto ds and when someone purchases through tiktok, does auto ds automatically charge your card for the product and then ships it?

Question if I may... I have a Ltd company set up on TikTok, but I want my store name to be different to reflect the niche products I'm going to sell. Is this possible, or do I have to use the Ltd company name which is non-related to the niche products want to sell? For example, if I was selling beauty niche products I want to use this structure: XYZ Ltd - seller account Bootiful - branded store Can this be done or would the store just have to be XYZ Ltd? I had auto DS, every product I tried to import ran into an error, either the pictures were the wrong size or I had to be invited to access a category. NOT one product uploaded to my tik tok shop, not 1!!!!

Hi there, you can put a random one! Order issues will be handled by you and your supplier, and you can always inform your customers about this on your store policies. Have them contact you so you can get the label to your supplier. In the meantime, you can put a random warehouse address where your chosen supplier will be shipping from.
