@@tonyc1167 What went wrong? I would have thought once you did the refurb, the property should sell quite quickly. Also what do you mean interest rates are too high? Are you referring to the idea that the cost of borrowing is too much/risky for people to take out loans and buy property, so they aren’t buying your property? Or is it more so a case of you picking the wrong deal and not doing your due diligence? What do you think? And what’s your strategy to get out of this?
