One thing I am realising nowadays with me or some other newbie designers also is that we fear failing a lot, I mean a lot. Though we have so much time laying for us in the future and we are barely touching our 20s we still fear the failure as if we are around 40 years old who has nothing to do if their idea doesn't work well. The same applies to our work, we fear making bad designs that we dont even try to make things out of nothing and that results as the lack of unique charm in us designers ! This thing is almost eating me up and I believe many others too who are in their early time.

By this, I'll share with you my one incident when I was 20 and just started Designing I was also thinking the same when I started designing something, always some thoughts came to my mind, will my design gonna some worth which can later on monetize, are people gonna like my designs, will my design got recognized in Tech companies (I am working for Tech Company referring that ) but as when I started it was a lockdown and there was nothing to work... so I just jumped into this Design world with decent beginner portfolio and brushing my skills in that some kind of internship . and from there I got validations, appreciations, and money as well that you are going in the right direction. # Learning from this short story was: Don't fear the failures and just take a leap of faith and try to implement your learnings and it will boost your confidence, Welcome feedback and critiques and try to improve day by day. (BELIEVE IN YOU AND YOUR WORK )
