Great to have a follow along. I notice that Jacko's head position is different from Tim's in the head stand. Is there a wrong and right head position or is it just a matter of preference?

For the pike pushup, make sure to focus on stacking elbows over wrists. Tim's elbows were too far back... a very common mistake. Jackos form looked great.

For best results how often should it be done? 3 times per week??

You want to turn it into a strength training routine... meaning 2 - 3X p/ week, making sure that you're very sore the next day, feeling that you've exhausted your muscles. The balancing should be attempted daily though... just don't stay up long if muscles are fatigued.
