How in the world do you open the battery compartment?! I don't want to break it

So, I figured out how to open the dang battery compartment. However, without a tripod this is not a good product for me. Wish I'd gotten a better one.

@@angierottenful if I can remember where I put it I can tell you. I've been working on changes to my foyer/front room. FIRST carpentry project with no experience whatsoever.
