Great video! The only extra thought I had is that sometimes I have to tell myself to PUSH with my legs instead of to PULL with my arms and back. But still it's SAME SAME. Thanks!

Awesome video! Keep up the good work! How fast do you recommend that one lowers the bar? Mark said it should be as fast as possible without dropping.

fake. this setup results in your hips being unnecessarily high. you can easily drop the hips more while keeping the barbell over the middle of the foot.
