Yes she did.. unfortunately I'm kind of enabling the granddaughters by giving them all processed sugers and cereals mac and cheese.......

Yes, the carbs were a big win with his granddaughters lol and I added it all to our prepper shelves. I can't eat any of it lol but they totally will :)

I'm thinking we have a few month's supply.. 2 adults 2 small kids.. Freezer is full of duck, fish, & venison. And we have shelves stocked with dry & canned goods downstairs in the basement (yes, a basement in Texas!) LOL and we have a garden in the works. Baby plants are popping up. And we have chickens for eggs... most of them are dual purpose (layers/meat) so we COULD eat them if we ever had to. And a 55 gallon barrel of fresh water just in case it gets really bad.

We are going to do a video. on the carnivore diet. We have been on it for 2 weeks. We both have lost 10 pounds and our medical stats have improved dramatically.
