Hi! How can I add page number starting from the Table of Contents created?

When you get to the step in the process when you can enter page numbers into the Page Range Options dialog box, enter the physical page of the table of contents into the first text box. So, if the TOC is on the 4th page, enter 4 into the first text box and then the last physical page into the second text box (e.g., 4 - 56). I wish you all the best with your PDF project!
