See if you can find a HGV DRIVERS to take your pigeon's to text time and distance when he let's them go we did that and got them a bottle of something saving lot's of time

I wanted to say this back in the 70s 80s me and a friends would go local town if you start feeding the pigeons you will see that there's some very good birds a lot with rings that could be of quality stock but one bad weather got lost and never returned home i know today that if you have a ringed bird the owners will say keep it when me and my friends started racing we didn't have clocks but we would write down the time they came in and go to the local pigeon club we was amazed at what time we had of a old casio watch are times was 1st 2nd or with in top 10 bird's the blokes didn't believe us when we told them the times and all of this was catching the birds from town so we could breed of them if you're looking for good stock try this see what's in you're area we even had 2 blokes come 100 miles to buy are birds that they had got in but today it doesn't work like that they just tell you deal with it ie keep it

yeah i know some guys who also did that. But so as you say. not every bird that get lost is a bad bird. it`s the weather that also plays... but also the fancier. i know people who are buying the best birds but win nothing... if you as a fancier doesnt do it right then the birds also wont show it... Preperation is also important.
