Thank you for your guidelines and script ideas. I'm new to this, four months in, and I can already see that I'm sticking to it. 😊🙏(planning). All other methods with different planning systems didn't work for me. My AAD kicks in, and I loose the interest with other planning systems in the past.

Hi Jenny, I discovered you from Amanda's Favorites YT channel. I am so glad I found you. I have ADHD and find it hard to stick to my daily checklists and the way I plan (or don't plan) my days. I am often overwhelmed and don't get much done bc of lack of planning or not planning in a way that suits me. Anyway, I've been learning about the scripting method and I'm excited to give it a go. I think this will help be be more intentional and really think about what I can realistically get done in a day and in turn hopefully stop me from feeling like I didn't do enough. I already tried to sit down and plan one day and wow, it was eye opening. To really think about what I want to do when I get up, what to eat for each meal, in what order to do stuff, I mean I was just in shock of how much intention goes into this. I'm really excited to try this. I'm sure it will help with the constant chaos that is my life as a single mom with mental health struggles just trying to survive. Thanks so much!

I have been using your planner for exactly a year now and I love it. I only use your planner packages (and not the journaling). I wish you would offer another package for people who work full time with only one page per day but two pages for weekends. I use your planner for personal goals and have so much to do on the weekends.

I love the idea of traveler note planning. But I’m struggling to script my day. Like you literally write out every min of the next day? Without check list do not track what your doing? When in a traditional job (accountant) , I have an idea of what is needed daily. But most days it’s add-hoc putting out pop fires than could not have been anticipated. I need help remembering to get all the things done.

If you work outside the home-I would suggest our agenda for planning. You need more structure when in a work environment. For home and managing your home and personal life you can plan using this method for your mornings and evenings, your days off, Holidays and personal goals. Tuck an agenda for work in your travelers notebook and a monthly for your life outside of work, a meal Planner and maybe a 12 month for forward planning!

So you used the monthly with the blank pages after for goals, the weekly and a blank one for scripting? I love this and have all three and if I understood this correctly that’s the ones you were using

I think you got it. I had to rewind a few parts and watch again, and then it kind of “clicked”. I love using spirals for “master” to-do lists, meals, reading lists, home refurbishing, etc. Then I use those big brain dump/lists to pull from for my monthly goals, and fill in as you described. It took some trial and error, but had to get over my perfectionist mentality (SO MUCH WASTED TIME AND ENEGY, for so little to show for it. But praise God, I’m learning to let that go!) and just scribble away and GET IT IN THE PAGE ALREADY. I’m not an artist, but I’m crafty, so stickers and washi make it fun. Blessings to you for figuring out what works best for you. Write a better life. 💜
