Nice video, I would recommend spare parts to whatever vehicle you pick to run.

Could you be competitive with a good quality rc car while using a traxxas tqi radio?
@Aaron_Lasher8 ай бұрын
Honestly at a high level I would say no. At a club level there can be a chance if you’re a good enough driver and are super used to how the radio works. The spectrum like I have isn’t an amazing radio compared to others at all! But something that at least gives me the adjustments needed to be competitive saves me everytime. Without it I wouldn’t even be close to where I am today! Me personally am slowly getting to the point where I’m held back as well even by mine just due to certain limits on adjustment and overall build quality that leads to complications some times! But save money where you can is always reccomended! Budget and skill are a constant battle in the hobby and should always be balanced out when necessary!

Thanks, I just upgraded from my tqi to a flysky, i got a cheaper one flysky fs-g7p but at least it has throttle and steering expo. I haven't even tried it yet still waiting on a reciever to come in the mail, on the plus side I got it used for $50 and sold my old tqi for $50 so it costed nothing for the upgrade but I did have to buy a recieverit didn' come with one, but still a cheap upgrade.,@Aaron_Lasher

What does a higher quality radio do better than a tqi radio?
@Aaron_Lasher8 ай бұрын
You will have better response times along with tons of little adjustments that you can tweak with the car and on the fly. End points for steering, throttle, trims and so much more. Car turning to slow or too fast ect. You’re able to adjust so much more and dial a car in just for you! Great question I will do a video on this soon!
@MX-CO8 ай бұрын
Thanks I definitely think more videos about steering and throttle expo are needed there aren't a lot of them online. Also I couldn't find a any comparison videos between a tqi and a higher quality radio. I would guess that video would get a tin of views

I use to race at Trains & Lanes as a kid. Now as an adult I wanna get my sons into racing but don’t know where to start or with what. I saw on their Facebook group that they run 2wd stock buggy. Any suggestions?
