Can you think of any current relationships where you simply pointed your finger at the other person without looking at yourself? If so, how can you begin to take ownership for your part in the mess?

I thought people could change, but I never thought humanity itself had a chance. But this formula sounds like it's lopsided towards kindness... and it just might be crazy enough to work. 😂❤

Wow! I sure needed to hear this. Beautifully said and easy to understand. Please pray for me and my two children. I have not spoken to them in almost 3 years. Thank you

This was very powerful. What if you have forgiven but are now realizing that it wasn't a healthy situation, so to protect your peace, you honestly don't desire reconciliation? 🤷🏾‍♀️

This was an interesting video. There are useful things here. When I was younger, I certainly could have benefited from some of these approaches when I had a few rifts with friends and coworkers. I like to think I that I have learned from my mistakes. It's always better to take the high road. One on one, these techniques are valuable. However, family relationships can be on a whole different level. Relationship beefs often result from some type of betrayal or violation of trust. Recovering means re-establishing trust. The aggrieved party needs to acknowledge the wrong. Better still they make some reparations. Also, temperament differences in how each party approaches conflict can be magnified depending on the closeness of the relationship or the power dynamic: for example, husbands and wives, parents and adult children, siblings, in-laws, even family business partners. Furthermore, many family relationship difficulties are seldom on on one. Rifts can occur, because of multiple interactions - triangles, people taking sides, others interfering. We can all be like Jesus-- lean in and forgive, and then, like Jesus, still wind up on the cross.

My only question is, how long do you keep trying and it does not change anything?
