For improving speed do some 10..15 question of simplification regularly, quadratic and number series For reasoning watch youtube vidoes there are n number of videos, just type reasoning banking and topic name and see the results

First give prelims and mains ... After clearing ur mains..u will be required to fill a form online before interview in which they will ask ur prefered circle for working..
