No matter how many legendary animes I encounter, Death Note will always remain the best for me. It's opening, it's characters and the classic game. The reason is because I had watched only Bollywood and Hollywood until then and when Death Note suddenly threw such thrill on me, I literally fell in love with the series. I got spoiler of L's death and I just can't stop blaming myself for that. I accept that Attack on Titan, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Hunter x Hunter and many anime are better than Death Note, but Light and L just remain the best duo for me in the entire world.

Nice job giving starter guide. As a Anime watcher and Manga reader The list you provided are good and watchable Anime, but most of them are ongoing Anime and probably gonna have many seasons. Kudos for covering Anime in india. Anime choice I give to my friends for starter are this classics -: Cowboy Bebob, Golden Boy, Erased, Trigun, Mob Psycho, Tokyo Goul, Ajin, Hunter X Hunter, Bleach, Samurai Champloo, Hungry Heart, Relife. Watch code geass. You might find it better than Death note. Main character here is also a strategist but code geass has more story than Death note. And more emotion of course. Death note has close to no emotion.

Literally it have that kind of hidden details which is marvel only put in their films. In every scenes you can somehow relate to characters. You should watch death note. This is different type of category. Many kids just love watching action or emotional scenes but it is for adults who love to watch mystery, suspense thriller, intelligence. That's why it comes in top 5 most popular anime ( even without any release of second season) and 2nd on imdb anime rating even after 15 year of its release . You would not get recommend of this anime because it's fandom is not active that much and it's anime lovers are not kids who just keep recommending their favorite anime in comments . Fun fact - Even badal 's first anime was Death note only . It really have best start than any anime

It has almost everything like adventure, action, comedy, mysteries, emotional moments and the story's amazing as well it made people cry over a non-living thing . Naruto's a really good show too but it ended a while ago (if you don't count boruto) it's probably my second favourite anime it has some of the best fights in anime and some of the coolest looking characters just skip the fillers cuz they're hard to get through. In the end it's your choice you won't regret starting either of those

I started watching anime during lockdown (2020) and i was so addicted that i completed anime like dragon ball, naruto, black clover, MHA, Tokyo Ghoul ( i know manga of tokyo ghoul is better than anime but i like animation over manga),AOT,etc with fillers in 10-12 days. I literally watched 30-40 episodes a day from 6 am to 12pm without any break. I completed over 100+ anime in 1yr most of them were shounen, harem and romance, i didn't know that i liked romance genre before starting anime and i'm glad that i started watching anime.
