Keep it up I am sure you can do it! If you ever get stucked or you cannot get masters next season maybe you can try out some coaching, it will be really easy to know exactly what you need to do to get masters. Good luck!

Reporting thresh is actually a really bad exemple, he is way lower elo than u and he hasnt done anything that would indicate trolling on purpose. As a better player u should not expect your team to perform on your level and should not report them for not doing so

Yeah, I should never report him. I mean I never recommend someone to report unless they are legit "trolling" as you say, I agree that the report is not ethical but its my way of not typing to him the whole game and still focusing on 100% on myself when he is playing like bronze. Instead of typing and perma flaming him, I report him and play my game, its my way of playing with a weak support and keeping myself from typing, its not something that I would recommend

​@@cotyembry When there's a lot of frustration from the way your teammate plays, it needs an outlet. Some people flame in chat, some people mute and report, some run it down. It is possible to do none of these and just swallow it down but that takes a lot of emotional processing ability in a situation where your mental resources are already being heavily taxed, so it'll often weigh on your gameplay
