This really helped me, I had been feeling discouraged lately with my playing ability and my lack of funds to buy a cello case, thank you

very helpful! The reason I started to Learn Cello was - One day I got this weird feeling that I needed to play Cello... and I felt that I once knew how to play and I don't know why... and Right then and there I decided to get a cello and fiddle with it for a week and i found you as an awesome teacher :) I never wanted to pay to get famous I just need this feeling to get satisfied - to play the tunes inside my head and share it to the world

I'm a cellist and it's been 4 years since my last decent practice momentum. I've been trying so hard to get myself back on track. And I'm happy to say that I've been making progress and watching this video just pushed me even more. Thank you so much for this. Please keep doing what you're doing. You're an inspiration. Sending lots of love to you from the Philippines! 💕

I'm learning the cello because I had to quit dance and because of my dyslexia I wasn't a high achiever at school so my dance was the only thing I was good at. So now I want to work towards being good at the cello. Also it's such a gorgeous instrument and I've always loved music

Hi Holly, that's wonderful that you have found something else that you can be passionate about. I hope you continue to enjoy it.

Thank you for this video! I think the tip about setting goals for the year/month/day is a great idea and I will start doing that. I didn't practice my violin much as a young child and I regret that now, so sometimes I have trouble staying positive when I think of "what if I'd practiced more..." but this video has made me feel loads better 👍🏼
@sarahjoyrecordings8 жыл бұрын
No matter how much someone practices, I think there is always a little regret for not having practiced more. But ignore that voice. It doesn't help or change anything, and it probably means you have a more well-rounded life! Glad the video could be encouraging!

I needed this. I am god-awful at the violin, but it's easier than the cello to lug around. I fell in love with the cello, and love its sound. I don't love the sound I get from the violin, why am I wasting my time on it?!?? Thank you again!
