@@thereal6166 that…i didnt even think of that LOL. Iv just consistently noticed he buys it EVERY shiv game. Iv only ever bought it against pocket & infernus, so im definitely misunderstanding something about it

Pretty much everyone builds debuffs some way or another: bullet resist shredder, any form of cc, mystic vuln, slowing bullets, healbane, toxic bullets, etc. debuff reducer essentially allows you to worry less about being slowed or stunned which is usually how you end up dying. I’d say it’s a worth while pick on most characters given how debuffs are everywhere in late game

decreased bullet resist from any source(in this situation cuz of hunter aura)

This always show when a character has a decreased bullet resist. I can't confirm this, but I think this symbol only shows when a character has a negative bullet resist. For example, when a character has a 15% bullet resist (from base stats or item) but a debuff gives negative 16% (-21%) bullet resist.

These people are fully communicating and it is normal for us to start talking about the game or other things in the middle of the game. If it annoys you, then mess up the team or don't play this game lol
