What you're saying in this video is so important. Former people pleaser here! 🙋♀️I know all about depression due to taking on roles based on approval of others. No more!

Yes I try everyday not to be a people pleaser, but I can be hard at times because you don't want to offend others who think they are helping you. Great advice none the less.

Thanks Krishan. Are you doing it because you want to help them or is it purely for them to like you more?
