This is going to help so many people, Emilee. Love how clear, instructive, honest, and open your videos are. Thank you and God bless!

I had that many many years ago. I overcame “anxiety” (self induced psychosomatic symptoms) many years ago. It was more about not focusing and worrying about it so much and not thinking of it as a physical problem, but for feeling you’re not getting air, take a deep deep breath hold it for about 10 seconds and exhale very very slowly, closing your lips to just let a little air out so you have to blow hard. Also, breathe out more than you breathe in a couple times. You probably have an imbalance of oxygen and carbon dioxide from hyperventilating. This resets the balance. The best thing is to not feel you need to do something about it.

I have been stuck in this state for 8 months now. I have been putting everything to practice. My anxiety is not as bad it was in the beginning but It is still apart of my everyday life. I’m so exhausted. I think about my anxiety all the time. It’s like an obsessive habit that I can’t seem to shake.

i'm still waiting for a pots video. please do one about the shakiness and off balance feeling associated with pots and how you cope.

Ahh yes I need to make it!!! It’s been hard because there so much to say and I have had 2 pregnancies since getting diagnosed so I haven’t had a chance to really get into a good exercise routine for long which I wanted to see how much of a difference that made before making anything on it

@@emileeandbg i'm doing so much better too. i stand for 7-9 hours a day at my job and manage all my symptoms with electrolytes. but i have flares and it can be scary and send me into panic. but i am eating out by myself right now about 20 minutes from home. i am doing great.

I think pots falls under the same umbrella as nerves sensitization. Once your nerves return to baseline the pots symptoms will go away
@emileeandbg6 ай бұрын
@@Riseandrollin agree 1000% with you! It’s directly related to stress (good or bad) and nervous system sensitization

do you still have pots? i notice while you're making these videos you seem air hungry and take deep breaths a lot which is something i struggle with too.

I do still have mild POTS symptoms for sure but they tend to get worse with stress. On my more recent videos it’s been due to pregnancy 😭😭😭 I’m 28 weeks and SO out of breath the bigger this baby gets + hormones 😅
