1. Take a nap 2. Exercise 3. Sleep & Wake up at the same time every night and morning 4. Eat just enough (not too much not too less) 5. Stay hydrated 6. Energy drink (not recommended, but worth trying) 7. Vegetables > Rice / Bread # Priority = Fix your sleep (at least 7 hours)

Lately I have been experiencing this a lot, before lockdowns I barely felt tired even with 7 hours of school and later self studying, but after lockdowns I feel tired doing anything productive. Attending classes, or self study, even working on my hobbies make me feel mentally tired and just stressed out

*Managing proper caffeine intake is what helps me. A lot of people don't realize that having caffeine has a half-life of 5ish hours but that means that only half of the caffeine is gone. It takes longer for all of it to leave your system. Stop having caffeine after lunch and you'll notice a huge difference in your sleep!*

Also know whom you're dealing with. If you are surrounded by people who doesn't have your welfare in their mind, they are going to drain your energy. Especially if it's your family you are going to constantly think about them and their behaviors which affects you. This will make you to feel tired and have no time for yourself. If you are living with these people then being aware is the first step. Then try to distance yourself from them and their drama if possible. The more you spend your time with them the more your brain gets addicted to drama. This will deviate you from your goals and this is exactly what those people want.

Hello. My problem is that I start to feel uninterested and unmotivated after 10 am in the morning. I start my study at 5 am in the morning and can continue well till 8am. But after 10 am I can't seem to concentrate that much. As my family members wake up and start their business, I get distracted by even a small sound or movement. I'm not comfortable in changing my study space. What to do in a situation like this? How can I concentrate?

Hi, I have been watching your video's for past months and you mention a lot about 8 hrs of studying. As an engineering student my courses schedule is very full I often start at 8 am and finish at 5 pm in university i wonder if you can do video about, how can we manage to study at least more than 3 hrs in our full day schedule, or how to have a routine for those students who have lectures for 9 hrs, but still want to catch up with studying and not just joining the lectures. thanku
