i used to use some cream foundation by mac that was quite heavy and never really set if anyone taller than me huged me my foudation would end up alll over there clothes it was embarrassing. now i use liquid foundation and never really have that problem

I used a paper towel to blot my face after I applied my foundation before I powered my face. After Skindinavia, I blot again! My makeup stays matt! No rub off! Thank you! Again! Over 55 with oily skin and no wrinkles!

Hi. I commented on your I'm fed up video and mentioned about my sons having special needs, daughter being bullied and me having the dreaded c. how about only applying it to your cheeks and temples? That way your phone stays clean

Always use your hydrating cream first, then the primer especially over your lines. As soon as you're done putting on the foundation and concealer, blot those areas very quickly with the powder. This method should make this annoying effect less visible. Hope it helps :)

I am terrified of so much powder. No matter how much moisturizer, primer(s), fix plus or setting spray. The powder separates so badly on my face. Never leaving me looking flawless and not even really cakey. Just looking odd. Don't know how to explain it but I always look flawless until I put powder on. Then I just want to wash my whole face off. My masterpiece completely ruined. So seeing you use powder so much is like nails on a chalk board and terrifies me.

Justine Haviland I highly recommend the Revlon Nearly Naked pressed powder. It bonds with skin very nicely. Its not a foundation powder so it won't cake on so much. :-)

Justine Haviland I know what you mean, happens to me also. I think the trick is removing the excess foundation/moisture, making sure your skin is extra dry before powdering, giving it a good beat and buff

Wayne, you've also advised before that you should use primer or powder as both are doing the same thing so you don't need both. How does this reconcile with this advice and using so much powder? Did you mean a matt primer?

Totally understand. Its a work in progress at the moment. I'm learning to combine most things. I still use a lot of moisturiser (on clients) but i now use more primer and because of the amount of moisturiser i use, the powder doesn't seem to cling xx

Thanks for replying. I only used powder for a short while (the last year or so) but I don't anymore, I use that tissue trick (but without a sponge) on days I look shiny on my chin or nose after applying my mehron foundation. Using rosehip oil only to moisturise keeps my oily skin under control, and a matt primer occasionally, is all I find my skin needs these days. I was using powder to set my concealer under my eyes but it was making it crease so much that I've stopped, it's fine without. Less is more.

RCMA doesn't cause flashback, it tends to be pure HD powders that cause flashback x
