You missed the part where W increases the damage of his passive by 50%. It goes from 10+10% bonus armor to 15+15% and is what causes people to take damage on hit. FWIW, Guinsoo’s works with his passive and absolutely slaps.

Bro the mobility boots have been completely ruined. The 35 movespeed is ridiculously bad and 150k units takes forever to stack. Completely horrible.
