How to stop presenting and truly be "you" on camera.

I BET you've had this experience... You set up your camera, you step in front of it, ready to talk...
And BAM. Your real self takes a back seat, and PRESENTER you comes forward.
"Whatsup guys! My name's X and TODAY we're going to talk about... "
haha. All too familiar right?
I went on an epic sunset mission to the park recently, and made a video about the 3 things I've found MOST useful in my journey to authenticity on camera.
