@ definitely taking control of the cortisol spike that happens when i get anxious and choosing to take a different path than eating! i never realized that i could use that spike to dial in on something else. that forsure changed my perspective

Cheap dopamine is crazy. Sometimes it feels like an out of body experience when you realize you ate so much food at the end of the day, but can’t remember actually eating all that food.
