If you are targeting JEE Mains only, you can do it probably. But you really shouldn't follow both classes if you are targeting Advanced. Because, then you may ruin your Class 12th as well. Class 12th requires a lot of practice and so does Class 11th. So you really shouldn't take Class 11 classes too. Because then your Class 12th may be ruined.
