After 1 year of testing, I can say Yes it stopped water from entering, even during heavy rain.

This is a dumb idea! What he has done , best solution permanent one is to create water hole! So the water flows outside and doesnt enter in! This guy has created some fence which will get worn out!😂💩💩

​@@epicgamer7472 FYI, the dumb idea is working flawlessly for last 1 years in 5 windows in my home.😂 And the holes you are talking about are already present, but it's not always sufficient depending on the amount of rain. Also the holes get blocked due to dust from time to time. For last 1 years during every heavy rain the solution has worked beautifully.
