the senheiser ME2 comes with a little metal ball shaped screen. do you recommend taking that off or leaving it on?

Yes, The Lav Concealer for the ME2 is designed to be used with the windscreen taken off. However, if you have the new style ME2 that doesn't have a removable cap then we recommend using The Lav Concealer for ME2-II. I hope this helps!

Unfortunately heard quite a lot of wind noise on that test. Maybe because of the extreme example, standing direction. That said it did mitigate a lot of wind in a very blustery test.

Hey Adam, yeah it was a particularly blustery day! We didn't want to do anything with standing direction or any other factors that could protect the microphone from the wind. This is because we really wanted to give a true example of the impact these products can give. A little more thought behind these other factors will give you great results! 💚
