Use before expiry date. Agar zyada baar freezer se bahar nikaloge toh cream ki consistency change hogi & fir wo properly beat nahi hogi. So try to buy small packs like 1kg or so.

Use as soon as possible. 15 days to 1 month can be okay if you wish to store it. Sometimes cream gets fungus / it gets thicken so it’s better you use it early & store it properly & check the cream before using.

Please check cream expiry Date. I usually don't use cream when it's consistency gets changed. Like it becomes thick after a certain point when we melt it. And such cream can't be whipped properly & it tastes different than normal liquid consistency cream which we whip.
