Dane please talk psoas and how to release them. Tell me about how they affect me more than just they can cause lower back pain. Also, can you bring on someone like a Matt Vincent to talk Highland games throwing? Training? I think thats probably the best place a novice adult athlete can enter throwing. And, can learning throws help build core stability and gpp?

great exercises! This one goes into my saved vids for sure. An exercise I learned from Brandon Morgan, from Kabuki, is the bear row, it is similar to the last one here but done on the floor. It is a one arm row with a dumbell while holding a bear plank position.

Always love your content, and learn loads! Do you have anything for strengthening wrists while olympic lifting? I struggle in the catch of a clean.

Love this! Would it be possible to do these exercises on a 45 degree hyperextension machine instead? Only have access to that at the moment.

I'm very curious why zercher variations are never mentioned in weightlifting when it comes to back strength. I understand the closed chest aspect of a zercher is the opposite of what we want in weightlifting, but as an accessory to build a strong and flexible lower back, zercher RDLs or zercher deadlifts hits the lower back like nothing else.
